EZZDAY Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipping Costs & Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $40.
For orders under $40, shipping fees will be calculated based on your location and shipping distance at checkout.
All orders are shipped via reliable tracked courier services. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Information & Processing

Please double-check that your shipping address, contact number, and email are correct before placing your order.

We are unable to change shipping information once your order has been processed and shipped.

We do not support or allow shipping to freight forwarding addresses. Any orders using a freight forwarder are ineligible for refund, replacement, or support.

Any incorrect or incomplete shipping details (e.g. missing apartment number) may result in delivery delays.

EZZDAY is not responsible for delays due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect shipping information.
Risk of Loss & Ownership
All products are shipped FOB shipping point (Freight on Board). This means that title and risk of loss transfer to you as soon as we hand the package over to the carrier.
If a product is returned to us due to incorrect shipping information, you are responsible for all reshipping fees or associated costs.
Delivery Issues
If there is an issue with your delivery (e.g. lost, missing, or incorrect delivery), please contact hello@ezzday.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will do our best to help, but please note:

Orders lost in transit through freight forwarding addresses will not be replaced.

EZZDAY is not responsible for lost packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim in the event of loss or misdelivery.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delivery time depends on your location, but typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.
