EZZDAY Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. But if something’s not right, we’re here to help — with clear, simple steps.


What Can Be Returned

Only unopened, unused products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
To avoid confusion: Opened items cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept returns beyond the 30-day window.

This policy applies only to orders made directly through www.ezzday.com. If you purchased from a third-party retailer (e.g., Amazon, Chemist Warehouse), please refer to their return policy.

 

 

How to Return Your Order

Please follow these steps so we can process your return and refund smoothly:

STEP 1: Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

Email us at hello@ezzday.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

We cannot accept any return without an RMA clearly marked on your return parcel.

STEP 2: Pack the Product

Ensure the product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging before sending it back.

STEP 3: Ship It Back

Return shipping is your responsibility.

If your return is valued over $75, we recommend using a tracked service or adding shipping insurance for your own protection.

STEP 4: We’ll Inspect & Confirm

Once your return arrives at our designated address (which we’ll provide upon RMA approval), we’ll inspect it and verify proof of purchase.

You’ll receive an email from us confirming the status of your return within 5–10 calendar days.

STEP 5: Get Your Refund

If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 48–72 hours after confirmation.

If we are unable to refund your original payment method (e.g., card expired or account closed), we’ll issue store credit via EZZDAY Rewards Points.

Please note: Return shipping costs are non-refundable and may be deducted from your total refund.

We stand behind our formulas. If you’ve tried the product and aren’t satisfied for any reason, just let us know at hello@ezzday.com within 30 days of ordering.

We'll do our best to help — whether it’s a full refund or other solutions.

 

Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Opened health & personal care items

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received a defective product, please email us at hello@ezzday.com with photos and your order details.

We only offer replacements for unopened, unused items that are damaged upon arrival.

 

Haven’t received your refund yet?

After your refund is confirmed via email, please allow 5 business days for it to appear in your account.
